When we search anything on Cortana it redirects to Internet Explorer and searches through Bing search engine.
If you want to use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and Use Google as a search engine then Mainly you should have two things.
Edge Deflector and Chrometana
1)Edge Deflector
It is an application software and about 51.1 KB.
Download EdgeDeflector from GitHub.
After installation Open Windows Settings (Windows key + I) and go to Apps > Default apps > Choose default apps by the protocol. Here, find the MICROSOFT-EDGE entry and select Choose a default. When you click this, a menu with options should pop up, including EdgeDeflector.
If you only install Edge deflector then any search from Cortana redirects to Google Chrome and from Bing search Engine.
It is a chrome extension.
It redirects Bing search to Google Search. Chrometana, supports Google, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo! search.
Add Chrometana to chrome.
